Delete your AlFayed Programing account

You can delete your account and personal data at any time: from inside the app, directly from this page without the app, or by sending us a request if you cannot sign in.

How to delete your account

From the app
Open the app, sign in, then go to:
Settings → Profile → Delete account → Enter your password → Confirm
From this page
Enter your phone number or email and your password in the form below, then confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

Fill in the request form below (phone or email, a way to contact you, and a reason). We process it within 30 days and contact you.

Your account is deleted as soon as your details are verified. It cannot be recovered afterwards.

If you forgot your password or cannot reach your account, send this request. We process it within 30 days and contact you before deleting, to confirm it is you.

What is deleted?

Your profile: name, phone number, email and photo.
Your sign-in sessions and linked devices.
Notification tokens on your devices.
Your grade and group assignment.
Your learning progress.
Chat and support messages you wrote (their text is replaced with "[deleted]").
Your comments.
Images and voice notes you uploaded in chats.
Location and device data recorded when you checked in for attendance.

What we keep, and why

Payment, subscription and receipt records, to meet accounting and legal obligations, for up to 5 years, then deleted. They are linked only to an anonymous ID, never to your name or contact details.
Anonymised aggregate statistics that cannot be linked back to you.

When?

Sign-in access is removed immediately.
Your remaining personal data is deleted or anonymised within 30 days.
